Kimberly N. Do is a Manager of People Operations at Matterport with over 5 years of recruiting and HR experience. She is a lifelong learner, problem solver, and has a keen attention to detail. Kimberly has previously worked as a Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer at Matterport where she sourced and reviewed resumes for hard-to-fill roles like Deep Learning Engineers, Computer Vision Engineers, LiDar Engineers, design, and product positions that made it to offer extensions. She coordinated over 300 interviews per month that resulted in 150+ hires in all offices over a year. Kimberly also created a quality candidate onsite experience by hosting 400+ tours and product demos of the Matterport 3D camera. Kimberly holds a B.S.B.A. in Management and Business Administration from San Francisco State University.
